About the Project

Development of an email and social marketing campaign to launch CVNL’s Management Essentials Series, a nonprofit leadership training series to support managers, mid-level senior staff, and volunteer leaders. The project emphasized clear differentiation from existing program offerings and delivered strong enrollment results.

  • With an existing Executive Leadership Program serving a similar audience, the challenge was to differentiate this new series and clearly convey its unique, practical value without causing brand confusion.

  • Developed messaging that built trust, fostered peer-to-peer learning, and highlighted actionable leadership tools designed for real-world impact. Campaign copy centered on clarity, support, and measurable outcomes — including a 44% increase in leadership confidence — brought to life through authentic participant testimonials and inspiring leadership quotes. Together, these elements created a compelling narrative that connected emotionally, motivated engagement, and reinforced the value of the program experience.

  • The campaign achieved full enrollment and positioned Management Essentials as the go-to entry point for emerging nonprofit leaders. Strong participant feedback validated the program’s value and established it as a distinct, high-demand offering within CVNL’s leadership pathway.
